Connecting you to lifetime long lasting family (Ohana), friendship, professional relation, and services. We are spiritually driven, innovative to make a difference to the unhoused, do what is just (Pono), put our client first is one the vehicle to ending homelessness.

Actively engaged to the path of housing first and Homelessness Management Information System (HMIS) the Partners In Care (PIC) or COC, Coordinated Entry System (CES) and the new system Clarity

We utilize the community based program and opportunities: such as, The Community Integrated Services (CIS) for housing Navigation to ending homeless, coordinating beach activities, food and donations drive
